OUR CANDIDATE PROCESS
One of our specialist Consultants will reach out to setup your initial registration call. Prior to this call we do ask that you send us a copy of your CV – this will allow us to get a good overview of your experience thus far and determine if we’re in a position to help you.
During the registration call we’ll look to find out more about your current experience and to understand what you’re seeking in your next move.
2. Market Watch
Following your registration call, we’ll have a greater understanding of what opportunities would be suitable for you and with this in mind we’ll actively watch the market on your behalf. If we identify any live opportunities we are working on, we will be in touch to discuss these further with intentions of making an application with your permission.
Our go-to-market method is a candidate-led approach to recruitment. Using an anonymised profile (being sure not to mention any telling information about candidates) we’ll actively seek out opportunities on your behalf, making use of our excellent relationships within the market. We often find that this technique is best for uncovering hidden or pipelined opportunities within firms to which your skillsets are a unique match.
4. Permission To Make An Application
